The Blue Barred Ribbon Goby have a pale bluish lilac body with blue markings over its head.
These unusual gobies are attractive but are somewhat of a recluse that is best kept in an aquaria with other docile fish species. They require an aquarium with plenty of open swimming space and hiding places for them to burrow into. They are likely to jump from open topped aquarium so a lid or mesh cover is vital.
They are best fed on a mixture of brine shrimp, mysis shrimp and copepods.
