Generally, RO units will produce on average about 50% of their stated membrane capacity.
This is a result of the temperature and pressure of UK mains water being lower than the standard parameters used for membrane flow specification.
Often boosting the pressure with one of these units will give you the full stated membrane volume during summer or winter.
The increased pressure also allows the membrane to work more efficiently often giving a lower TDS in the RO product water.
These units utilise a transformer to run at low voltage and are suitable for 1/4 inch RO Pipe.
